Indigo Home Kitchen Yamateras
The restaurant interior is designed to evoke the atmosphere of an old house in Inuyama Castle Town and the traditional culture of cormorants on the Kiso River. The lighting is crafted to resemble a basket used in cormorant fishing, while the ceiling represents the flow of the Kiso River. Our menu, carefully curated by the hotel chef, showcases a lineup of dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients and the rich history and culture of Inuyama. Guests are invited to savor an unforgettable dining experience in a comfortable and extraordinary space.

the BAR Yoyama
Our lounge bar, “the BAR Yoyama,” draws inspiration from the 13 floats of the renowned Inuyama Festival, designated as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. The interior design reflects the world view of Inuyama and is influenced by the National Treasure Tea House “Jo-an.” Visitors can immerse themselves in the enigmatic atmosphere of Inuyama with all five senses, making it the ideal location to experience the cultural richness of the region.
