One child up to preschool age may sleep with a parent per bed
One child up to the age of 5 may sleep with one adult per bed
An additional fee of 12,500 yen will be charged for a child over the age of 6 sleeping with a parent.
Sleeping on extra beds and sofa beds with a child is not permitted.
Breakfast is free of charge for children up to the age of 5 and 2,500 yen per child for children over the age of 6. (As of June 27, 2024)
A parent or guardian’s written consent is always required for minors (13-17 years old) to stay at the hotel alone.
In addition, rooms will not be provided for children under 13 years old staying alone.
Cribs and bed guards are available for free of charge.

If not included in the accommodation plan, we can arrange for an additional charge of 12,500 yen per night.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel except for the smoking area.

If you need an invoice that is compliant with Japan’s domestic invoice system (qualified invoice/tax invoice), please make your reservation through the hotel’s official website, a domestic travel agency or its reservation website.
Please note that hotels are not able to issue invoices for pre-paid reservations made through travel agencies, so please contact your travel agency in such cases.
One child up to pre-school age may stay with their parents free of charge by sharing the same bed.
For a child in elementary school, an additional charge of 12,500 yen is needed in case the bed is shared.
We request a parental consent form to be filled if a teenager (13-17 years old) stays. Children under 13 years old cannot stay on their own in one room.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel except for designated smoking areas located on the first floor.
Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. However, it may differ depending on the accommodation package you have booked. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for more information.
We accept early check-in or late check-out for a fee.
