Grown by Minori Farm in Kakamigahara, Gifu Prefecture, the Mino Musume strawberry is a proudly local variety cultivated exclusively within Gifu.
Specially developed for confectionery, it offers a refined sweetness balanced with gentle acidity, reaching 10–12 degrees Brix for a clean, elegant flavour.
Its large, beautifully conical shape reveals a striking contrast between deep crimson, glossy skin and pure white flesh — a look that has earned it the nickname “Deep Crimson Diamond.”
With a rich yet refreshing aroma, pleasantly firm texture and excellent resistance to bruising, Mino Musume is especially suited to shortcakes and delicate pastries.
